Use them to replace the S-Hooks that come standard on our hammocks and you'll rest easy knowing you've got the strongest, most secure setup possible. Carabiners are not intended for climbing.

Review Text: Trek Light's rope and carabiner bundle is the best hammock suspension system on the market. I have two sets for my hammocks and would not use anything else. Awesome product!

Review Text: Weight is inconsistent with what I expect as "Trek Light"...more like "Trek Heavy". Carabiners are light, rope is heavy & price is steep for what you get.
[TLG Response: Sorry to hear it's not what you hoped for Jim, but that's the first time we've ever heard the ropes referred to as 'heavy'. At only 5oz for ~14ft of high-strength suspension it's virtually impossible to get a comparable system that's any lighter!]
