If you placed a Pre-Order or Backorder, and you don't see an estimated ship date on the product page it means we don't have one. Don't worry! We promise we're doing everything we can on our end to get the product back in stock as soon as possible.
We'll send you an email with shipping information the moment we have an update and we're ready to ship your order. Thank you for your patience while our team is working hard to get the product you ordered back in stock!
We're not able to split-ship orders at this time, so if you ordered any other items at the same time your order will wait to ship until all of the items in your order are in stock. If you have your eye on a few items and one of them isn't in-stock, you can always place two separate orders so you'll receive the in-stock items right away.
If you're waiting on a backordered item and decide you'd rather make a change to your order (ie. replacing the out-of-stock item with a different style/item) just get in touch and we'd be happy to help!
