The short answer: In most cases, unfortunately not - but please contact us as soon as possible after you place your order, and we'll help you if we possibly can!
We outgrew our little warehouse in Colorado for shipping our daily orders, and we now use a fulfillment partner based in Texas to ship out our orders as quickly as possible to you.
The good news is that your orders get to you faster and cheaper, but unfortunately it also means it's often not possible for us to cancel or change orders once they're placed.
Once the order has been pulled into the shipping system (usually within 10-15 minutes after it's placed) it's no longer possible for us to cancel it or make any changes to it - even if you haven't yet received a shipment notification or tracking number.
"But, I emailed you 1 minute after I placed my order, how can that be too late?!"
Please keep in mind that we're a small business (and human) and that means we don't always see your e-mails or messages the moment you send them!
That's why in most cases there's not much we can do to make changes once you place your order - but, if you do email us (email@example.com) about an order change please put "URGENT - Order Change/Cancel" in the subject line, so we know that it's time-sensitive and may have a shot at helping you out!
