These repair patches are what we recommend for any needed repairs to your Trek Light (or similar brand) hammock.
When it comes to hammock repair, they're flexible, tough, and strong enough to make your hammock work just like new. If you've got a hole in your hammock, whether it's a burn-hole, puncture, or tear - this is exactly what you need.
But this isn't just a hammock repair patch by any means. It's also the best repair patch on the planet for all of your outdoor gear, camping equipment, jackets, sleeping bags and more.
Tenacious Tape Flex patches are easy to apply to your hammock or any piece of gear that needs repair.
Just cut the patch to the size you need and round the corners to prevent the edges from peeling up. Then apply it just like you would a piece of tape!
For best results, we recommend applying a patch to both sides of the tear when possible.
Let's face it, sometimes we don't take the best care of our gear. And even when we do, Murphy's Law will always be there to poke holes in our favorite gear.
If you've accidentally punctured or torn your hammock, tarp, backpack, or just about any product we make - this is the repair patch you need to be back in action.
We wouldn't recommend a patch that isn't as strong and durable as our gear and there's no other patch that even comes close to this amazing GEAR AID Tenacious Tape patch. The kit comes with two Repair Patches, each measuring 5" x 3" to help you repair any size tear.

Most orders for in-stock items are leaving our warehouse within 1-3 business days, but please be understanding if it takes additional time to get your order shipped.
If you choose an express shipping rate (FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-Day) we're still getting most expedited orders out the door within one business day from when you order.
Please note that even though FedEx Ground or Priority Mail may cost more than Standard/Free Shipping, they're not considered an expedited shipping method. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only and it may not ship for 1-3 business days after you order as noted above.
Bottom line: We're doing everything we can to get your order to you quickly and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!
Our shipping takes place Monday through Friday - any orders placed over the weekend or after our daily mail pickup will be shipped in the order received.
If you choose a shipping option that has a quoted time like "FedEx Ground (2 Business Days)" or even "FedEx Overnight (1 Day)", please remember that isn't a guarantee that the order will be there exactly 1 or 2 days from the moment you order it - we still need time to pack & ship your order (see above).
When it comes to the carriers, the quoted times should also always be thought of as estimates, not guarantees. Expedited methods like FedEx 2-Day or Overnight are pretty reliable in their delivery times (hence the cost), but services like Ground/Priority can certainly be optimistic with their estimates.
We offer the ability to pre-order and backorder some items on our site when they are not yet in stock. If an item you are purchasing isn't currently in stock, you'll see a note displayed in your shopping cart that indicates the expected shipping time for your order.
Please note that the expected shipping time is an estimate based on when we expect to receive new inventory.
Sometimes it takes us even longer than expected to receive inventory (especially with unpredictable COVID delays) and sometimes we receive inventory much sooner than the timeframe we estimate. Your order will always ship as soon as the inventory is in our hands!
We aren't able to split-ship your orders into multiple deliveries - so if you are ordering an item that isn't currently in stock along with other items that are, please be aware that your order won't ship until all items are in stock. If you're anxious to receive the in-stock items, we recommend placing a separate order so you can receive the in-stock items without delay.

When receiving an international order your package will need to pass through Customs in your country. All of our packages will have a Customs Declaration Form which details the items in your package and their value.
PLEASE NOTE: There are almost always additional charges to receive your package when you order from outside your own country - these charges are Customs Duties and Import Taxes which are your responsibility to pay (often before you are allowed to collect the package). The laws and taxes are different in every country and Trek Light Gear has no way of knowing in advance what these taxes and fees will be. Please be aware of this when placing your order, we don't want you to be surprised when the package shows up and you owe additional money!

If for any reason you're not happy with anything you ordered from us, just send it back to us within 30 days by following the instructions below.
The product must be in unused or 'like-new' condition - you're welcome to try a product to make sure you like it, but we cannot accept returns that are abused, stained, washed/laundered, or otherwise damaged (unless the damage is the result of a manufacturer's defect, in which case it is covered under our Lifetime Warranty).
Holiday Extension: All purchases made in November or December will be allowed an extended return window thru 1/31. We'll make it easy for the gift recipient to handle any returns or exchanges!
